PROGEU is a no-profit organisation, operating in the field of national and European planning and development. It was created with the aim of contributing to the development of the Italian System in Europe, by favouring the collaboration between PAs, enterprises and Third Sector bodies. PROGEU’s mission is also linked to the promotion of European values, such as respect for human dignity and human rights, freedom, democracy, equality and the rule of law. The Association works actively in involving young people in educational and traineeship activities to increase their capacity to participate in the development and decision-making processes of the EU.

The Association bases its operations on three main macro-areas, namely information, training and support for its members, with the ultimate aim of developing their individual realities and transferring skills and knowledge in order to generate value and economy at local, regional, national and European level.
